We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at Choc Choc! We’re sorry that the products didn’t work out for you. Even though we are a small business, we aim to take responsibility and want to make your experience with Choc Choc as pleasant as possible.
return policy
Offline purchases: Full refund for unopened products returned within 15 days with receipt.
Online purchases: Full refund for unopened products within 15 days. Email chocchocus@gmail.com with your order number and we can help you from there.
Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Please include your order number inside the return shipment to prevent delays.
*** Value Sets, Sheet Masks, Face Covering Masks, and makeup products are ineligible for refunds, exchanges, and store credit so we ask that you think carefully before purchasing!

All sales have 15 days from the day of purchase to be exchanged.
We are unable to offer refunds for opened products but can offer store credit or exchanges. Please note that the opened product must be 80% full to qualify for store credit or exchange.
shipping
Choc Choc offers only domestic shipping in the mainland US.
While we strive to help you with products lost in transit, we are not responsible for any lost packages marked ‘Delivered’ by USPS.
