The Clio Superproof Pen Liner has a classic and comfortable microfiber sponge tip to help you create a quick and seamless eyeliner shape. The ink formula contains a special coating layer that makes it smudge-proof!
The pen uses “ink tank” technology to make sure the color of the eyeliner stays rich and true till the end. The pen’s special smart cap blocks the brush tip from coming into contact with air so that it doesn’t dry out.

Shake before use. Apply from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye along the lash lines. Foreign substances such as foundation and eyeshadow on the brush tip may hamper the flow of content. Gently wipe the tip clean with a tissue before use.
